Alzhiemer's Presentation

Please Join us for a special dinner program event on Alzheimer's at one of the leading senior facilities in our area that specializes in Memory Care.

Over 5 million Americans have Alzheimer's. At some point on a personal level, most of us will be touched by someone with Alzheimer's or another type of dementia. Some of us are already on that journey. As nurse practitioners, we need to increase our awareness of the disease and resources available so that we can help our patients and their caregivers.

The location is just off of University and it is east of 1-75. Please call for directions (see number below) if you aren't sure where it is!

This invitation is open to the Manatee and Sarasota nurse practitioner groups! We need everyone to RSVP as soon as possible, so that Windsor Reflections can plan our dinner.
